What happens to the details you share when you ask us for seats or a cabin. Effective 9 October 2026.
- Your request
- Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Jet by the Seat.
- Information we hold
- Name, email and phone; the trip, meaning airports, dates, seat count and any extras you mention; and the page that sent you here, with campaign tags like utm_source.
- Why we hold it
- To price seats and cabins for you, to book and look after the trip if you go ahead and, only when you opt in, to email you as seats open up. Opting out takes a one-line reply.
- Who we pass it to
- The carrier that would operate the flight, and the providers we need for quoting and booking. Selling personal details is something we simply don't do.
- How long
- While it's needed for your trip and for legal, tax and accounting records. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.
- Your choices
- Want a copy, a correction or a deletion? Reply to one of our emails or drop us a line through the quote form.
- Cookies
- Only the essentials the site needs to run. No analytics, and no ad trackers.
- Children
- The site isn't aimed at anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their details. A parent or guardian provides a minor's details when booking.
- Changes
- Updates will appear on this page together with a new effective date.
